Zakie Achmat - singles out jews and israel for apartheid wrongs!!Now Doron Isaacs Disgruntled again!!!

While discussing the issue of Israel and boycotts and the like! Zackie Achmat randomly and spitefully madethe following comment on his facebook note regarding boycotting a israeli film!
He made this comment regarding the jewish community and seems to single them out as apposed to any other group that was envolved in other white group! And seems to imply that the jewish community is represented by the Like of prosecutor Yutar that sentenced many struggle heroes to lenghthy and horric jail terms - but whats of most signifiacnce to Zackie it seems is that he is Jewish!!! And SEEMS TO HAVE FORGOTTEN THE MANY JEWISH STRUGGLE HEROES THAT GAVE THEIR LIFE AND SOLE TO SEE A DEMOCRATIC SOUTH AFRICA AND AN END TO APARHEID, AND SINGLES OUT HABONIM SPECIFICALLY, which played an integral role in breeding many young jewish activists - including the likes of Joe Slovo!
And his open one-sded view on Israel is just as worrying!!!

Seems like you are rather nostalgic for the ways the NATS attempted to bust sanctions. Of course the Israeli state helped bust these sanctions and supported military co-operation with the apartheid military regime.
You are obfuscating the propaganda and criminal behaviour of the Israeli state that you support unconditionally. There can be no compromise with wrong
I fully support links with real progressive activist Israelis such as Ezra Nawi and Breaking the Silence, progressive academics such as Neve Gordon.
Seem like you support "tolerance" for an Israeli propaganda film without for one minute considering the intolerance shown by Israelis from its morally debased Prime Minister to ordinary citizens. Most significantly your "tolerance" does not extend to Palestinian people indiscriminately bombed or their daily totalitarian oppression by the State you support.
Last, I support a ban by the SA state on any South African citizen serving in the Israeli armed forces.

There is a really good article "clandestinely" written to discuss Zionist and Jewish support including Habo of the apartheid state. I say clandestinely because the friend did not want to take it "outside" the community.
Great Jewish activists and leaders in our freedom movement were a minority. Do you remember that Percy Yutar prosecuted Kathrada and others?
Your unconditional support and propaganda for the crimes and behaviour of the Israeli state demonstrates the dishonest approach of that state and its "peace" professions.
